My Illness or Diseases: Heart burn primarily – i have gone through the 90 day initial and am now re ordering the large bottle. i am usually taking 2 capsules a day at night. If it is a late dinner I might take 2 prior and 2 one to two hours later. Issues with Heart burn have stopped.
